Monday

Schedule

  • 9:30am - 10:00am  Day Camper Check-in 
  • 10:00am - 10:30am Camper Warm Up 
  • 10:30am - 12:15pm Evaluation/First Sports Session
  • 12:15pm - 12:30pm Camper Orientation
  • 12:30pm - 1:30pm Lunch Break 
  • 1:30pm - 4:00pm Afternoon Sports Training 
  • 4:00pm - 5:00pm Swimming 
  • 5:00pm-5:30pm Day Camper Check-out 

Day Camper Check-in

Please park in the main parking lot and walk to Booth Commons for check-in. Camper's first activity will be morning warm ups in Sprague Gym. If you arrive early and get checked in, please feel free to hang out on our patio. A counselor will come around and gather campers for their first activity. 

First Sports Session

During this first sports session, coaches will be running basic drills and concepts in order to gauge each athletes skill level. From there they will be placed into groups based on ability for the second session. 

Lunch

Lunch is provided for day campers in our dining hall. 

Swimming

Campers may change in the pools locker rooms. Attendance at the pool is mandatory, although they they the option not to swim. We have patio chairs for those that prefer to relax.

Day Camper Check-out

Campers may be picked up at the pool area. A counselor will be present at the gate for check-out and will notify your child when it is time to leave.

Day Camper Check-in

Car circle drop off is in front of Sprague Gym. 

A counselor will be present for check in between 8:30am - 9:00am. Late arrivals, please head directly to sport location.

Morning Sports Training

Parents are invited to join us to watch from 10am – 11:30am.

Day Camper Check-out

Sports sessions will end at 11:30am on Friday. Campers are free to leave from their sport.

Residential Camper Check-in

Please be sure to bring your child's luggage with you to the registration table located at Booth Commons. Once you have checked in, our staff will help guide you to your child's dorm. Once there, unpack, and prepare for sports. After campers are moved in it's time for parents to say goodbye and wish then a great week! Our counselors will bring them to their first activity.

Dinner

Campers will have time to change and wash up before dinner. Meals will be served in the dining hall. Once campers are done, they are welcome to hang at the dorms or in the community center.

Unstructured Free Time

During free time campers have the option of hanging in the dorms, playing games in our community center or relaxing outside on the lawn.

Evening Activities

All campers will participate in evening activities led by the counselors.

Monday - Ice Breaker Games

Tuesday - Kickball, Dodgeball, Capture the Flag, etc...

Wednesday - Sunset Beach Trip

Thursday - Movie Night

Preparing for Bedtime (Quiet Time)

Campers must be in their dorms begin to relax and prepare for bed. They may hang in the common area or in each others rooms while respecting the quiet time hour. 

Lights Out

All campers must be in their room and lights out. Counselors will come around to check on everyone.

Morning Strength and Conditioning

Morning Strength and Conditioning is an add on service not included in regular sports tuition. Campers will be woken up by counselors and brought to the gym for a 90 minute work out with our strength and conditioning coach. They will eat breakfast afterwards and will join their sports group at their field/court. 

Breakfast

Counselors will wake up campers for breakfast. Breakfast will be served in the dining hall.

ALL Camper Check-out

Sports sessions will end at 11:30am on Friday. Campes will have their belongings packed and with them. They may leave from their sport.
